When your ferry operator cancels your service, it should offer the choice of an alternative or a refund.
Where a sailing is cancelled and an overnight stay becomes necessary, your ferry operator should offer you accommodation free of charge, if possible.

Can I get a full refund from Brittany Ferries?
No surcharges will be made within 30 days of the outward travel date. You will be given the opportunity to accept the surcharge or to cancel with a full refund and without liability. Fares are only valid for the sailing dates/times indicated.
Can I get a refund on my ferry booking?
The easiest and cheapest way to cancel your booking and request a refund is to log into My Account and request the cancellation there. With some ferry companies we’ll be able to confirm your cancellation and refund straight away, but if we can’t, we’ll do our best to have it confirmed within 48 hours.
